What This Is

Resume Generator App is a web-based tool that uses AI to produce tailored resumes and cover letters based on content you provide. It is operated by OCTech Services.

By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Account

You must create an account to generate documents. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Free and Paid Tiers

The free tier allows up to 10 generations per calendar month. Generated documents are stored for 3 days.

The Pro tier is $9/month. It includes unlimited generations and 30-day document storage. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews automatically each month.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any resume content, job descriptions, or other material you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of generating your requested documents.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Do not use the service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or harmful materials.

AI-Generated Output

Documents are generated by AI and are based solely on what you provide. We do not verify accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing all output before submitting it to employers or third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this service — including attempting to circumvent generation limits, reverse-engineer the system, or use it in ways that violate applicable laws.

Availability

We aim for consistent uptime but do not guarantee it. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or changes to the service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCTech Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
